Sophie Namugga brings 10+ years of cleaning experience and a personal commitment to discretion, consistency, and care. She leads by example—training crews on privacy, respectful handling of property, and quality standards that create spaces people feel good in. As a local owner-operator, Sophie stays close to the details: from the first call to the follow-up after your first clean.

Abia began with a simple love for creating calm, orderly spaces—and the satisfaction that comes from detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning. Over the years, that passion grew into a repeatable approach: listening closely, documenting the scope, and making each visit feel as good as the first. It’s still our foundation today and informs how we hire, train, and check our work.

After refining methods in homes and busy facilities, we launched Abia to raise the bar for local cleaning: dependable schedules, respectful crews, and clear communication.
